One Punch Man Manga Chapter 103

Phoenix Man revives and controls an undead army, then kidnaps Waganma. Child Emperor pursues, eventually trapping Phoenix Man in Brave Giant with a tickling robot. Phoenix Man escapes but loses his powers after ripping his costume to remove the robot. Child Emperor defeats him.

In a second version of the fight, Phoenix Man becomes Phoenix Penguin Mode, manipulating ice and revealing dark secrets about the Hero Association. He offers Child Emperor power, but Saitama intervenes. Zombieman’s encouragement strengthens Child Emperor’s resolve. Phoenix Man reanimates more monsters, but Child Emperor’s Gigavolt Smash shocks Gale Wind and Hellfire Flame back to their senses. Saitama saves Child Emperor from Phoenix Man. Child Emperor reveals he planted another tickle bug, forcing Phoenix Man to transform into a weak chick form, ending the fight.

Saitama praises Child Emperor. Gale Wind and Hellfire Flame try to take Child Emperor hostage but are defeated by Saitama. Underdog Man appears, and they escape to the surface, pursued by Orochi’s dragons, which Saitama destroys. Waganma lies about other hostages.
