One Punch Man Manga Chapter 72

Gouketsu, revealed as the first Super Fight champion, recounts how Orochi defeated and recruited him using Monster Cells. He forces martial artists to either consume the cells or die. Rosie transforms and attacks Dave, but Choze kills her, consumes a cell, and dominates others. Suiryu, motivated by a promise to date a civilian, defeats Benpatsu, Hamukichi, and Volten before battling monsterized Choze. After redirecting Choze’s lethal energy blast, Suiryu overpowers him.

Gouketsu offers Suiryu power and freedom as a monster. Suiryu nearly eats a cell but refuses, mocking Gouketsu’s appearance. Enraged, Gouketsu delivers a devastating blow, leaving Suiryu critically injured.
