Gyoro Gyoro reveals his experiments (cannibalism, torture, etc.) and boasts of creating Orochi, the Monster King, though he claims Garou’s potential surpasses even Orochi’s. Garou resists, breaks free by exploiting Gyoro Gyoro’s single-action psychic limit, and attacks, declaring he’ll dismantle the Monster Association.
